  • Each project is unique and is priced as so. Many factors can significantly influence a quote, like the existing state of your walls, for example. For this reason, we prefer to evaluate your space in person in order to provide the most accurate quote possible.

  • Sometimes we will allow clients to provide the paint for their project, depending on the product. However, it’s preferred that we provide the paint to ensure a seamless experience with ordering and so that clients can take advantage of our preferred pricing with vendors.

  • We typically use Benjamin Moore products, but can accommodate client requests for other paint brands.

  • Yes, a 20% deposit is required upon accepting your quote.

  • Please provide our team with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your project. Any materials purchased for your project prior to your cancellation will be billed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 2 weeks of your scheduled project date are subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees. Special circumstances are considered.

  • Please reach out to our team to discuss. Scope changes are schedule-dependent and are subject to additional charges.

  • Yes, so long as you are not occupying the space that’s being worked on. If you prefer not to be home, you can trust us with access to your space and locking up when finished.

    • Please ensure parking is available for our work vehicle. If a parking pass is required, please ensure this is left for us. 

    • Move large items to the centre of the space (ie sofas, large furniture). Note, our team provides dropsheets and plastic to cover and protect items while working. 

    • Remove artwork from your walls and safely store until the project is complete.

    • Arrange to have the space unoccupied while our team is working. For example, if we’re painting a home office, arrange to work elsewhere while our team is there.

  • We currently accept payment via e-transfer or cheque.

  • No, but I can connect you with someone who can assist with selecting the right colour. You should provide your selected colours to our team 1 week prior to the start of your project.
